2 days Delhi & Agra Tour is a short tour which includes the major sites of Delhi and Agra. Delhi is the capital city of India, part of Delhi known as the Old Delhi which is filled with ancient monuments which were built by the Mughals. Visit Humayun’s tomb is the final resting place of the second Mughal Emperor of India named Humayun. Red Fort is a huge fort, this is the place that was once the residence of the Mughals and may more in the city of Delhi. Take the tour of Agra in the same package which includes the Taj Mahal this beautiful monument is very famous amongst the tourists. Agra Fort was made by red sandstones this was built in 16th century. The tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula is also referred as Baby Taj. Get an experience of the lifetime through this tour.

Upon your arrival at the Delhi airport you will be picked up by our driver and you will be driven straight to Agra. Upon reaching Agra you will check-in at your hotel. Later you will be taken to Agra Fort this fort was built by Akbar and subsequent generations of Mughals’ who laid their contribution in this fort. Following that you will be driven Itmad-ud-Daula also known as Baby Taj, this monument was built by Noor-Jahan in the memory of her father. Now it’s time to witness the spectacular sunset view of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh which is a beautiful garden situated at the bank of river Yamuna. After finishing the Agra sightseeing you can explore the local handicrafts market of Agra and then you will return back to your hotel for overnight stay.

Today we will start early in the morning you will be taken to visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, this monument took 22 years of time to be completed. The interiors of this cenotaph are highly decorated with the inlaid semi-precious stones. After that you will return back to your hotel for breakfast and then you will check-out from your hotel and enjoy your drive towards Delhi. Once you reach Delhi you will meet your guide, you will be taken to visit the Red Fort which was once the residence of the Mughals and this monument made with red sandstones is a masterpiece in architecture. After that you will be driven around the Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s house). Then you will be taken to visit Humayun’s Tomb which is the tomb of Mughal Emperor Mirza Nasir Al-Din Muhammad better known as Humayun. Now it’s time to visit the Qutub Minar which is a 72 metres tall brick minaret, its construction was started by Qutub ud-din Aibak which was completed by several other rulers in their time. In the evening you will be taken to visit the India Gate which was built to honour the soldiers who lost their lives in World War I. After that you will be dropped at the airport from where you will continue your travel onwards.
